SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours after payment is received. The standard shipping method for France is Chronopost 24H, delivered with a signature. Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will provide you with a tracking link as soon as possible, allowing you to follow your package’s delivery online. Shipping is free for all deliveries within mainland France.
Shipping fees for other destinations include packaging, handling, and postal charges. These fees may include a fixed portion and a variable portion depending on the price or weight of your order. We recommend grouping your purchases into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and you will be responsible for shipping costs for each. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken when packing fragile products. Packages are oversized and well protected.

RETURNS

You’ve just received your new helmet and it doesn’t match what you expected. Don’t worry, you have 7 days to fill out the return form and send the helmet back to us at your own expense to the following address:

Once the helmet has been received and checked, we will immediately refund your credit card for the amount of your purchase.
